Walking to the pool today was torture, because I just couldn't wait to jump in! Then we got there, jumped in, and instantly got sad that we had to leave right away. I think the new plan will be to drive to Deep Eddy, swim for 1/2 hour, have a picnic lunch, and drive back to work. The other plan is to walk the Pfluger Loop Tuesdays and Thursdays. That way, I'm getting some walking, some swimming, and now, some personal training! I finally got my push.tv DVD! I'm going to start tomorrow morning. So here's the plan, and I'm going to try not to jinx myself by writing it down:
Monday - swim
Tuesday - DVD + walk Pfluger Loop
Wednesday - swim
Thursday - DVD + walk Pfluger Loop
Friday - swim
Saturday - DVD + cardio session
This weekend I had the healthiest foods ever, but I ate enough for about 6 people! I swear, I had the munchies all weekend! I need to control my eating, but when I work out, I just get so hungry. Oh, I also drank an assload of beer on Saturday...let's not forget that. Today has been good so far, but I could really use more food!
breakfast & lunch
cottage cheese w/ cucumbers
sundried tomato wrap w/lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, 2 oz fajita beef, drizzle of dressing
orange
apple w/1 tbsp peanut butter
Dinner is still up in the air. I'll probably go swimming again after work, so it will have to be something quick. Maybe a salad w/ a can of tuna. That's pretty damn quick!
